Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Aniq Attire.

Returns

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you wish to return your item by emailing returns@aniqattire.com. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unused and in their original condition.

• Have all original tags attached.

• Be returned in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, staining, odours, washing, alterations or have had tags removed.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. 

Exchanges

If you require a different size or colour, we recommend placing a new order as soon as possible to avoid missing out, as stock cannot be reserved while your return is being processed. Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, by emailing returns@aniqattire.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalised or custom-made products.

• Gift cards.

• Any item that has been worn, washed, altered or is not in its original condition.
